THE GUYED TOWERS

bracing towers are called towers that can be restrained bybracing chord to the ground or supporting another.

These types of towers are advantageous because of their weight and light weight, and are used in places where space is sufficiently large. It is often used in cellular networks, radio and wireless networks and computer networks. These towers can be installed on the roofs of homes and offices, and in addition to the height of the building to help with the installation of aerials, it has many advantages in urban areas. These types of towers, if installed on the floor, require a lot of space to install wire harnesses. Due to light weight, the cost of these towers is less than other towers and their installation is simple and low cost. These towers are divided into several categories depending on the size and type of construction.

Guyed Towers Specifications

Basically, the face width is the length of the triangular structure on each side, fastened to the base on a conical lower part by a pivot screw. Galvanized steel guy cables of variable size power the tower.

Models of a variety of tower manufacturers end in two numbers, which indicate the scale in inches of the face width. Depending on the thickness and size of the tubes and the angle components used for vertical support and horizontal and diagonal bracing, the same model also has different loading characteristics.

The economies of height and size decide whether the structure contains three or six 120-degree anchor points. For the external anchor, the standard design is between 70% and 80% of the structure’s height. Therefore, a 400′ tower could have the anchor set to 320′ from the center of the guyed tower. If land constraints do not require an 80% radius, you can order the DE guyed towers constructed with a shorter lead distance as small as 40%. You can also determine that with single anchor points, you want multiple heights. Be prepared to increase the budget considerably, however, as the improved structure will cost more, and the pulling strength of the guy wires would result in a more costly anchor system. As manufacturers also say, almost any concept is feasible if the budget can support it..

G35

Its variants include the G35 series. These towers are triangular in shape of three-meter sections, the base of which is the pipe of the score of 3, which in two types A and B, respectively, with meshes of the score of 8 or 10 are tied together. Mortar rails with very low load and only for installation of wireless antennas or small Internet dishes are used. The number opposite G represents the width of the base of the sections to the centimeter. That is, 35 in this model represents the width of the 35-centimeter centimeter of each of the three faces of this type of tower. This type of rig is recommended for installation up to a maximum height of 36 m.

Due to its lightness, these towers are installed most of the roofs and are restrained every 9 meters and sometimes every 6 meters by a reciprocating wire from three directions at a 120-degree angle. Each section consists of a tube body and fittings of the rebar connected through the CO2 boiling. The sections (3 meter pieces) are triangular and each section has 8 rows of steps in order to increase the strength and durability of the mast as well as ease of climbing it.

To prevent burns and rust, the towers have a hot galvanized coating.
